Retriever Rescue of Las Vegas (RRLV) is a 100% volunteer based non-profit organization (501c3), that was founded in 2019 by Danielle Roth-Lapolla and Jon Lapolla in Las Vegas, Nevada. The group focuses on saving dogs facing horrible torture and abuse overseas that are captured for use in the meat market as a high-priced delicacy.
RRLV works directly with International Rescuers who they know and trust to provide the dogs with proper health care and temperament testing before they transport the dogs to Las Vegas. They arrange for permanent or foster homes for each dog before they fly them, in order to limit the transitional experience for each dog.
Each rescue is funded through contributions and donations.
